Ork-tober Warhammer Painting Competition
WAAAGH!! It’s time to get your brushes ready, because we’re launching our first official Ork-themed miniature painting competition, and it’s going to be a blast! Whether you’re an expert with a brush or just dipping your toes into the paint pot for the first time, this is your chance to show off your skills—or your wildest Orky imagination!
Grab your favorite Ork mini, assemble your tools, and join the fun! We’ve got prizes lined up for three lucky winners. Whether you want to showcase your finest detail work or need a little extra motivation to tackle that growing backlog, now’s your time to shine.

- Ork minis only! All Ork clans are welcome - even non-WH related (e.g. LOTR).
- Open to all skill levels, from beginner to Big Mek!
- Entries must be submitted by 21/Oct/2024.
HOW DO I ENTER?
There are two ways to enter:
1. Submission Form
The first way is through the submission form, which you can find by clicking the button below. Simply upload a well-lit photo of your painted Ork mini, fill in the details, and we’ll do the rest! Note: You will need a Google account to upload your photo this way.

If you don’t have a Google account, you can email your painted miniature photo to us at info@warp-gaming.com - just put ORKTOBER in the Subject so we know :)
WHAT CAN I ENTER INTO THE CONTEST?
Any Ork-themed minis! All Ork clans are welcome - even non-WH related (e.g. LOTR).
CAN I CUSTOMISE IT? DOES IT NEED BASING?
You don’t need to base it, but based miniatures often look better on photos. A little customisation is okay, so long as the final piece can easily be recognised as the champion it started as.
PICTURE FORMATTING?
After you’ve spent all that time painting, make sure the photo you submit does your masterpiece justice. We recommend taking a well-lit, high quality picture against a white background.
Your entry will be cropped to fit a 1:1 ratio (square) social image, so keep that in mind when taking photos.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRY?
The deadline for entry is 23:59 (Cyprus time), 21st October, 2024 through the entry methods listed above. Voting will take place between 22nd October to 29th October 2024. Which brings us on to...

Next, we’ll upload them all to the WARPGaming Facebook Page. Once they’re all live, we’ll let you know via email, and the voting will begin!
HOW DO PEOPLE VOTE?
Anyone can vote by interacting with your photo on Facebook. The two photos with the most reactions, comments, and shares on 29th October will be the winners!
So, make sure to get your friends, family, allies, enemies, gaming groups, and that person you knew in high school and are still friends with on Facebook for some reason, to show their support for your masterpiece.
(One winner will also be drawn randomly from all entrants who don't win the vote, so there is still a chance at winning, even if you are a Picass-no)
