HOW DO I ENTER?

There are two ways to enter:

1. Submission Form

The first way is through the submission form, which you can find by clicking the button below. Simply upload a well-lit photo of your painted mini, fill in the details, and we’ll do the rest! Note: You will need a Google account to upload your photo this way.

Click here to visit the form.

Alternatively...

2. Email Entry

If you don’t have a Google account, you can email your painted miniature photo to us at info@warp-gaming.com - just put WARPAINT COMPETITION in the Subject so we know :)

WHAT CAN I ENTER INTO THE CONTEST?

Any minis that fit into the category of your choice! All clans are welcome - even non-WH related (e.g. LOTR, Harry Potter, D&D etc.).

CAN I CUSTOMISE IT? DOES IT NEED BASING?

You don’t need to base it, but based miniatures often look better on photos. A little customisation is okay, so long as the final piece can easily be recognised as the champion it started as.

PICTURE FORMATTING?

After you’ve spent all that time painting, make sure the photo you submit does your masterpiece justice. We recommend taking a well-lit, high quality picture against a white background.

Your entry will be cropped to fit a 1:1 ratio (square) social image, so keep that in mind when taking photos.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRY?

The deadline for entry is 23:59 (Cyprus time), 25th February, 2025 through the entry methods listed above. Voting will take place for a week after that. Which brings us on to...

HOW WILL THE WINNERS BE CHOSEN?

Every valid entry will be cropped and placed in this template by us:

Next, we’ll upload them all to the WARPGaming Facebook Page into an album per category. Once they’re all live, we’ll let you know via email, and the voting will begin!

HOW DO PEOPLE VOTE?

Anyone can vote by interacting with your photo on Facebook. The photo with the most reactions, comments, and shares on 28th February will be the winners!

So, make sure to get your friends, family, allies, enemies, gaming groups, and that person you knew in high school and are still friends with on Facebook for some reason, to show their support for your masterpiece.

If you have any questions or if anything is unclear as always feel free to drop us a friendly email at: info@warp-gaming.com.

So, what are you waiting for? LET’S PAINT!
